Great location, close to everything in the city center and easy walking distance to major attractions. The hotel had a beautiful old-world charm with spacious and gorgeous rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The organized transport provided by the hotel was not satisfactory. It would have been better to take a regular taxi instead.

The bed in the room could be a bit too hard for some guests' comfort.

The hotel's location on a calm little side street was perfect, as it was close to everything important in the city.

The air-conditioner/fan in the room was a bit loud and could be a bit bothersome at times.
