Great location, close to everything in the city center and easy walking distance to major attractions. the hotel had a beautiful old-world charm with spacious and gorgeous rooms. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The organized transport provided by the hotel was not satisfactory. It would have been better to take a regular taxi instead.

The air-conditioner/fan in the room was a bit loud and could be a bit bothersome at times.

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing as there was no sign at the front door, and we ended up going through the cafe to reach the front desk. Additionally, there could have been more shelving in the room and bathroom to properly store our belongings.
